The cookie cutter looking flowers in the inspiration immediately made me think of the various 'doilies' that came downloaded on my Cricut, so I chose one and layered it on top of a doily I inked up for my sunshine. The branch is from the Cricut, also. The little bird is from PTI (Tweet Talk??). Some day (like in Heaven, maybe) when I'm designing my own stamps;)...a birdie set would be first on my list to create...so many sweet little greetings they could be sharing! (OK...I won't make you suffer through my daydreaming!) Thoroughly enjoyed this challenge, once again...so a big thanks to the talented Design Team for offering the inspiration! I so appreciate Lesley keeping it going! Thanks for popping in today! I appreciate it!

ReplyDeleteNot only do we share the same name, spelled the same way (my birth name is actually Geraldine) but we also think the same....designing a sweet wee birdie set would definitely be the first on my list as well!
ReplyDeleteYou have totally captured 'sunshine' in your card! The colors, the image, the beutiful doily...will warm up even the coldest day!
Do you think that if I gaze upon your pretty card for the next 1/2 hour, some of our snow might melt?
