Sending out some hugs...

Happy Hump Day, everyone!  Crazy…me posting 2 days in a row, I know…but I won't bother you again this week, I promise.  I started coloring this little golden oldie from MFT this past weekend and used colors from their challenge (HERE) in case I got it done in time.  Looks like I barely did...

My daughter really likes her…and teacher appreciation week will be here before you know it!!!

The next one was just for fun, and with a neighbor in mind...

I've had the Big Hugs stamp set for quite some time and have been waiting patiently to get the coordinating dies.  Couldn't wait to play once they came!
Hope you have a great ending to your week!
I appreciate, as always, that you stopped by today!

  1. Hey Geri! Nice to see you back....although I've been MIA for quite some time too! Bugger when real life cuts into our crafting time. Just finished a lovely stroll through your blog and all that I missed! Gorgeous x a kazillion!

I'm sooooo admiring your perfectly blended "Hello"!

I'm looking forward to being back in the visiting loop!

  2. What a sweet Teacher card! I'm sure it will be much appreciated. I am really loving the design of the hugs card too! Love the inking on the Hugs!

  3. Hi you!!! Missed you! Glad to see you :-) Love both cards esp the hugs :-)

  4. Pretty coloring on the teacher card!! Love the big hugs too!!

  5. Both of your cards are wonderful Geri! Love how you colored the cute little teacher and the blended "hugs" looks amazing!

  6. Just look at that awesome pencil work and I love the yellow/range color you used for the Hugs die cut. Two amazing cards from you my friend. :-) Hugs!

  7. Both of your cards are fabulous! I love all of the details and perfectly placed accents. Thank you for playing along with the MFT Color Challenge!

  8. Love your hugs card. I've been waiting for the dies to come back into stock. Good to know they have. I love that font. Your card is certain to brighten their day.

  9. Gorgeous cards, Geri! I love the big hug nestled into the clouds. The ombre shading on the sentiment is fabulous and I love the little sky scene you created. And what a fabulous teacher appreciation card, too. Amazing coloring on the image, and I love the sentiment and bow tie on the side!
