~a little Winter…a little Spring~

Friday, March 14, 2014

This every-other-Friday thing is getting to be a trend, huh?  Can't seem to carve any more time than that out lately.  And this post is much like our weather here in Indiana...don't know if it's winter or spring.  But you'll get a little of both in today's projects!

I wanted to let you know of a sweet little project I've posted at Precious Remembrance today.  I've packaged up 'a little something for you' in lots of Spring finery!

"What could it be" you ask???  Oh the drama!!!  Better head to Precious Remembrance to find out!!!;)
(I know…I'm a tease!)

Another challenge is up at Festive Friday also…

Now, ain't that purdy???
And here's my card…

The stamping on this card is so subtle!  It's much prettier in person!  Here's one more photo to give you the idea…

And I'm sure you know by now…there's always LOTS more inspiration that the rest of the team is sharing, if you'd like to head to the blog and play along!

Must. Get. Sleep.;)
I've GOT to go, but I DO appreciate your visit today!!!

  11. Oh jeepers, Geri! Please rest that brilliant brain of yours, so you can keep creating. What a drop dead gorgeous post today. (Well they are ALL fabulous, but this is twofer goodness.)

If you put a flower that sensational on the top of something to open, the insides would get very stale, because who could stand to break in to a package that pretty?! When did a fries box ever look THAT good? (Isn't it nice to use spring colors, even if we can't feel it in the air. At least the birds have migrated again. Don't know if they'd make that mistake next year, this time, though.)

The snowflake is a pale work of art, as only you can make. The pattern paper is perfect; your design? I've been going back to your earliest posts, and it's clear that you excel at about every style there is. What ever lands in your hands, becomes magical. Speaking of magic, is the rose you made, a die, or just something you put together? It is spectacular. I would not mind trying one of those myself. (Don't answer this question if it means missed sleep. The blogosphere would never forgive me.)

Thanks again for sharing your wonderful art, and heart. Sweet dreams.

  13. Gorgeous! I already checked out your cute project at PR so I know what's in there. Hee hee. Your snowflake card is phenom girl. I would never think to stamp on top of a print but it's so amazing looking. You are such a delight to visit with. Hugs!

  18. Gorgeous card. Love the subtleness of the stamping. It lets the snowflake take center sage as it should.
